POLICIES
SHIPPING:
Shipping is via either USPS or UPS. Some items will only be shipped via
UPS, including lamps and panels. Currently our shipping days are
Tuesday and Friday.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated real time at the
time of checkout.
PLACING
ORDERS BY MAIL:
If you place your
order by mail please add your items to the
shopping cart, calculate shipping charges, then
proceed to payment page. Print this page,
complete and mail with order.
ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME:
Most items are custom made to order, so please allow 3-5 days for
shipment of small items such as suncatchers. Lamps and panels can take
anywhere from two to six weeks or longer to complete depending on our
production schedule. You will be advised of the estimated completion
date and estimated
shipping date. We will also notify you when your order is shipped to
you.
Please let us know of you need
something by a certain date and we will make every effort to meet your
deadline. For gifts and birthdays we will also do free gift wrapping
and will include a handwritten card from you. Just let us know what you
need.
DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE:
We do our best to ensure that your order is
perfect when you receive it. Each order is
inspected and hand packaged and is free of
defects when it is shipped. If an item is
damaged in shipping please contact us either by
email or phone and let us know. Unless
otherwise instructed,
the damaged item MUST
BE RETURNED
before a replacement will be sent or a refund
issued.
RETURN POLICY/SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it
for a full refund within 30 days. Full refunds for the cost of the
items will be issued (less S&H) if the items are in sellable
condition. Items that are used, damaged, or are in poor condition will
not be accepted for refund. We advise you to insure your return for the
full value in the event an item is damaged in shipment.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect your right to privacy. Any information you give us is
strictly confidential. We do not exchange, share, sell or rent any of
the information we obtain from you with anyone. Our site uses a secure
shopping cart with SSL encryption to process
your information and that information is used solely for order
processing and fulfillment. We do not send you any unsolicited e-mail
ads or site update information unless you have subscribed to our
mailing list. We want you to know that you can shop with us with
confidence. Earning your confidence and trust is essential to our
continued success.
